Request RMA-number to return product

(Only applicable to consumers and if product has been ordered by telephone, fax, email or through our web order server)

If you purchase products by telephone/mail order, you have the right to cancel the transaction for any reason and return the products within 14 days after delivery for a refund (excluding the original carriage charge). Products must be returned in as new condition together with all accessories, instructions and original manufacturers packaging. Failure to do so may incur a charge for replacing the missing or damaged items.

To be able to return the product, you have to request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number by filling out the form below. The unique RMA number will be issued as soon as possible and sent to you by E-mail. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside of the parcel. We will not be liable for the return shipping costs.

Excluded from approval period and returns are:

  • Items especially ordered or measured
  • Items modified and/or mounted on request of customer
  • Items put into use (spurs of use)
  • Consumer products such as batteries, tubes (only if supplied separate)
  • Other restrictions or exclusions of approval period - based on specific nature of the concerned items - will be mentioned in our quotation and/or order confirmation/invoice.
